4. User Accounts

Some areas of the Service may require you to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement or are involved in conduct that may harm other users or Mindgrid.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when registering or enquiring.
  • Use course materials for your own personal learning only, not for redistribution.
  • Engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow learners in any community spaces.
  • Refrain from attempting to copy, scrape, or systematically download course content.
  • Refrain from submitting work that is not your own or that misrepresents your abilities.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content made available through the Service — including course videos, written materials, code examples, and exercises — remains the intellectual property of Mindgrid or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own learning during the period of your enrolment. This licence does not permit you to share, sell, reproduce, or publicly display course materials.

Code and exercises that you complete as part of a course remain your own work. By participating in shared learning activities, you grant Mindgrid a limited licence to use your contributions for course improvement and anonymised teaching examples.

7. Payment & Refunds

Payment

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as indicated on the enrolment page.

Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund approach is as follows:

  • A full refund is available if you request cancellation within 7 days of enrolment, provided the course has not yet started.
  • A partial refund may be considered if the course has started but you have not progressed significantly, at our reasonable discretion.
  • No refund is available once more than 25% of the course duration has elapsed.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your enrolment details.

8. Course Terms

  • Enrolment: Your place is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Access period: Course materials are accessible for the duration of the course plus a grace period of 30 days after the final scheduled session.
  • Certificates: Certificates of completion are issued to participants who complete all required activities. Certificates reflect participation and skill development; they are not academic qualifications.
  • Academic integrity: We ask that all submitted work be genuinely your own. Submitting work that misrepresents your contributions may result in removal from the course without a refund.
  • Mentor support: Mentor availability is subject to scheduling and is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain reliable access, we do not promise that the Service will be available without interruption or error at all times.

We do not make any representations about employment outcomes or career results following completion of a course. Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including the effort and background of each individual learner.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mindgrid's total liability arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of data, loss of income, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mindgrid, its team members, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach this Agreement. In serious cases (such as harassment of other learners or redistribution of paid content), suspension may be immediate and without prior notice.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive any termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. You can reach us at [email protected].

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and Mindgrid regarding the Service and supersedes any prior discussions.
  • Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on another.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.
  • Notices: Notices from us will be sent to the email address you provided at enrolment. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected].

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
